Title: Very old Bank of Western Canada dollar bill
Post by: Roberta T on November 16, 2009, 02:13:42 pm
I have a very old Bank of Western Canada $1 bill. I am just wondering if it's of any value. It is ripped at one of the folds. I just think it is very cool to have this old bill.

Hi Roberta. Can you tell us which signature is on the right side. Then we could give you a good estimate. Thanks.

We also need to know the colour of the large ONE across the lower centre of the note.  If it's red, the note is real.  If it's black (number 245) it is a modern reproduction.
