Title: Printing error on $50

A co-worker found this note.  Any ideas??

I recently came across a similar note, curious if you still have yours? I have the scan against a regular note so you can see the difference. It's even more noticeable in person.

The note I had was graded by BCS and sold in auction a couple years ago.  It looked like the one pictured here. It was sold in the RCNA auction 2023

Just got this from ATM. The colour of these "blobs" looks like the black and red of the note. They are not flat like the printing, but slightly lumpy. The corner is not folded , but cleanly cut. Is it possibly post production or poor quality control.
