Title: Toronto Coin Expo October 3, 2025
Post by: Rag Picker on September 19, 2025, 07:31:19 pm
Just read in Canadian Coin News that Alliance Coin Auctions has acquired much of Bob Graham's banknote collection and will begin auctioning some pieces at the the night before the upcoming show on October 2.

I thought this might be of interest to members as a rare opportunity to acquire some rare pieces that have not seen the light of day in many decades such as this one linked below.

I believe that Geoffrey Bell Auctions is taking care of auctioning part of Bob Graham's truly amazing collection.  Metro Coin & Banknote is also assisting with the disposition of his very large collection.

I do not believe that Alliance Coin is involved – the 1924 Queen Mary #A000002 note is not from Bob’s collection, though I’m sure he would have liked it!

I purchased some of Bob’s notes a while ago and these notes are nice and their provenance is important too.
