Title: WTS: BC-23a 1937 Osborne/Towers $5 PMG VF-35 EPQ

I have for sale a 1937 Osborne/Towers $5 PMG graded VF-35 EPQ
IMO this is a little over graded and should be VF-25 to VF-30.
Price is $550 which includes tracked shipping anywhere in Canada.
