Counterfiet GMN $50

FYI  These pics were posted in another group I'm in.  Wondering if anyone has ever seen fakes of a legit prefix?  Or, could this be a mint error?

Wow, that's interesting.  So is this a real $5 note raised to $50?  The zeros added after the 5s in the holographic strip look ridiculous like they were scribbled by a child.  But the rest of the note looks really good to be honest.  Would love to examine this up close as photos don't really do justice.

I thought the same.  Does look real except for the the 5's on the strip.  Will message the guy that posted it and see if he want to sell it for face.  Would you be interested in that? Edit: you see the circle is missing from the center of the maple leaf security feature on the right?  But for me, I had a ton of $50s with errors to the circle in that feature when I first started out.  So it doesn't mean it's fake. right?  Edit 2: Original post is no longer on site for me to contact owner.
