Radar IOB6680866

So of course once I find a branch with new notes I am going to return again and again. I've swapped out about 1200 5$ notes since Friday and found this one. Is this also a rotator?  I missed 6680899 by about 5 notes. Cheers, Bee

This would have been/is the rotator - nice radar pick-up
